Description CWS Corporate Housing is seeking a VP of Sales to manage and develop all aspects of the sales function within the organization.

Some primary responsibilities include but is not limited to the following:
• Increasing market share for the company
• Managing the overall sales program for the company
• Develop short and long-range goals in conjunction with senior management to ensure growth and profitability for the company
• Selling directly to new businesses and clients
• Hiring and managing a successful sales team
• Promoting the CWS Corporate Housing culture through servant leadership
Requirements • Minimum of 10 years of business development/sales experience within the corporate housing industry or related experience is required
• Minimum of 7-10 years of demonstrated leadership and vision in managing a sales team is required
• Degree in marketing, business, or related field is preferred
