We are on the lookout for highly motivated college students, in good academic standing, who are passionate about our brand and about working toward a career in the retail industry. Each intern must be able to receive college credit for the Spring Semester Internship Program. We are headquartered in beautiful Stamford, CT so all Interns should have transportation and/or housing in or around the Stamford area. If you are commuting by train, we offer a shuttle that runs to and from the Stamford train station.

Interns will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day operations within their designated department, providing support to other departments as needed, as well as handling administrative tasks throughout the office.

As a growing channel outlet continues to push the envelope on growth strategies, new allocation methods, and new store processes. Our planning & allocation team plays an active entrepreneurial role in this expansion.

This position contributes to the overall success of Vineyard Vines. We are looking to hire a well-organized, talented and enthusiastic candidate to join our team. This candidate should be proactive in their approach, look for opportunities to improve upon existing structures and find creative ways to utilize best practices.

Functions & Responsibilities:
-Assist with Weekly Reporting
-Assist with developing & maintaining pre-season & in-season planning reports
-Assist in data reconciliation
-Identify business opportunities & liabilities based on reporting analysis
-Demonstrates the ability to carefully listen to others at all levels in the organization
-Strong time management, prioritization and organizational skills
-Understands and adheres to all policies related to the organization
-Take on ad-hoc projects as needed

-Advance knowledge of excel including VLOOKUPS & INDEX MATCH
-Ability to work with large data sets
-Comfortable working with different systems
-Strong analytical skills
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
-Strong interpersonal communication
-Ability to plan, manage time, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
-Organizational and time management skills are essential as well as the ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
