Position Summary: Process, sort, data enter and distribute incoming mail documents and donations.

Education: Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent

• Recent data entry skills and computer usage experience
• Demonstrated ability to take direction and follow procedures independently
• Former experience in a fast-paced environment to meet the work flow process
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to details, focusing on quantity and quality
• Demonstrated ability to assertively meet daily deadlines
• Professional demeanor and excellent verbal communication skills

Computer Skills: Minimum basic end-user of MS Office: MS Word, MS Outlook. Consistent keyboarding skills demonstrated

Certificates & Licenses:

Other Requirements: Former cash handling experience is preferred. Experience in a mail processing environment is preferred. Complete Human Resources skills testing: MS Word

Essential Job Functions:
1. (functions essential to the job) Regular Attendance.
2. Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all safety guidelines.
3. Utilize electronic time management system to input time and attendance.
4. Sort, review, prioritize and distribute incoming mail for the post office and interoffice sources. Extract mail from envelopes utilizing manual and/or electronic methods.
5. Bank incoming monies. Verify and balance deposits. Ensure currency, checks, money orders, and credit card information is secure at all times.

1. Maintain confidentiality of all work.
2. Deliver and distribute interoffice mail, as required.
