Description

We are looking for a passionate and driven Designer to help in the creation of print, digital, social and other online media communications, photos, videos and illustrations using Adobe Creative Suite and other on-line or software applications. This is a multi-faceted role where you will partner with the Creative Director and work cross-functionally with our broader marketing & creative team on a variety of initiatives. This may include printed collateral, packaging to digital design, promotional materials, social media, and email in a food environment. The ideal candidate will be someone that knows how to create, develop, promote brand identity, and support business promotions in this hands-on position. Experience working in a Food environment is preferred. email and social media. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Primarily responsible for producing digital and graphic media formats that support Revolution Foods standards and requirements. Experience creating email marketing assets, presentation materials, sourcing images (stock photos and video footage), and typography. Must be well organized and detail oriented to proof copy, verify and edit information, to ensure all content is accurate and presents a positive representation of the business.

  • Routinely uses Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other on-line or software applications to design a variety of print and digital media.
  • Support in the execution of bi-weekly and seasonal photo and video shoots.
  • Take ownership of projects and processes, often working up the chain to vet out requirements, deliverables and deadlines.
  • Design and execute end products in a variety of formats. Solve complex issues like design optimization.
  • Coordinate production, files while working with print vendors on hand off and execution. Review and proof layouts, suggest improvements and collect signatures during approval and proofing processes. Ensure all content is correct and current prior to review and upload.
  • Present concept and test out new creative ideas for packaging (food or media related).
  • Supports the business graphic and digital design needs related to ongoing and intermittent projects that may include presentations, email marketing, trade show displays, packaging, brochure content and more. You will be called on to work on existing files as well as create new designs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within Revolution Foods including business development, product development, marketing and creative projects involving broader initiatives that drive brand recognition.
  • In coordination with the Sales and Marketing staff, may collaborate and research information on social media platforms.
  • Verify and organize a variety of content assets such as die lines, icons, infographics, interaction models, screen mockups and establish the look and feel for various brands' digital presence.
  • Utilizes Standard Operating Procedures, Regulatory Guidelines, Label Style and Brand Identity Guides and notify management if any deviations are needed.
  • Collaborate with pre-press partner to ensure art files comply with pre-press standards and final print quality is consistent and desirable on the presentation or package.
  • May complete a variety of routine office tasks that may include typing, preparing reports, completing research, track information and excel spread sheets, copying, scanning, etc.
Requirements

Required Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in graphic design or a related field
  • 3+ years experience in graphic designer role with digital design exposure
  • Solid knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • A good working knowledge of general print production, processes and content assets
  • Experience creating email marketing assets, presentation materials, sourcing images (stock photos and video footage), and typography
  • Some knowledge of web and social media platforms a plus
