The Customer Service/People Coordinator enables operational excellence, ensuring a thoughtful representation of our brand, and careful execution of all responsibilities in a timely manner. Our Customer Service/People Coordinator must bring personal discretionary effort to manage multiple tasks throughout the home office, and support our culture by modeling our Values in all their interactions with colleagues, leaders, guests, Board Members and Vendors.

 

Responsibilities

The Customer Service/People Coordinator is hybrid role and has three areas of responsibility within our Colorado Culinary Center: customer service, people/human resources, and office administration. Customer Service

• Work under supervision to maintain and support current customer base.

• Handle order changes to support needs of the school and of Revolution Foods.

• Keep the Account Management Team up to date on any logistical issues with a particular partner (via daily hotline recap email).

• Manage customer lunch hotline to ensure all inquiries are handled in a timely & efficient manner.

• Provide above and beyond service to all sites. People/Human Resources

• Ensure all HR policies are being followed, including meal breaks and onboarding/termination procedures.

• Monitor processes and reports for Compliance with CO labor laws.

• Internal resource for health & welfare and 401(k) benefits administration questions.

• Liaison between Ultipro, benefits administration, and employees, regarding eligibility and coverage issues.

• Analyze payroll transactions daily for exceptions and weekly for accuracy.

• Analyze overtime usage and maintain accurate records

• Bi-Weekly payroll process quality control, including balancing, edits and other auditing of time cards. May assist with processing weekly payroll, including data input.

• Prepare and analyze monthly payroll related exception reporting.

• Utilize organizational partners and knowledge to leverage internal and external resources in resolving project related issues, hurdles, and roadblocks. Office Administration

• Maintain/distribute daily interoffice and interdepartmental communications (phone, mail, email)

• Checking the mail & routing items to appropriate party

• Supporting lunch service in the event of server shortage

• Supporting hot shots in event of driver shortage

Requirements

Required Education and Experience:

• High School degree required

• College Degree preferred

• 2+ years’ experience working in a customer service environment

• Human Resources experience

• Personal passion for mission driven organization

• Valid Driver’s License Skills

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels

• High degree of accountability for accomplishing daily and weekly tasks in timely manner

• Exceptional problem solving skills and time management.

• High degree of comfort in asking questions and following-up to find solutions and complete tasks

• Ability to use basic project management tools

• Positive mindset, can-do attitude, and customer service oriented -Bilingual Perferred
