Revolution Foods has a unique business model with a presence in schools and in consumer packaged goods (CPG). CPG complements our focus on school meals by provide in-home meal solutions for busy families who healthy meal solutions. The CPG business is fast-growing and includes a broad portfolio of products to help busy families make healthy choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and are in over 2,000 grocery stores across the nation including Target and Kroger stores.



‪We are looking for a dynamic & creative Marketing Manager to oversee all aspects of marketing activation in our school nationally. This role will act as the primary marketing point of contact for our K12 business and work closely with the Regional Partnership Managers across all of our regions to design and execute marketing programs and collateral to build brand engagement with school partners, including students, parents and school administrators.  This role will also work closely with our internal cross functional teams to design and launch programs and collateral across marketing and product development.  


Key Areas of Responsibility Include:

  1. Develop, plan, execute and communicate monthly marketing campaigns and materials to our school partners
  2. Partner with Product Development to manage and run student testing calendar to inform product development stage gate process
  3. Field and re-direct all customer service related inquiries
  4. Curate and evolve Revolution Foods’s brand and voice in schools through program development.
  5. Develop strategic partnerships and programs, regionally and nationally to drive brand awareness and achieve customer satisfaction goals. Work with marketing and creative team to design and launch programs.
  6. Collaborate with all functions within Revolution Foods including business development, product development, marketing and creative on broader initiatives
  7. Actively manage all creative requests and projects as the point person for school meals
  8. Manage School Meals marketing budget


  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in marketing
  • Minimum 3+ years in marketing role
  • Driven self-starter with unrelenting focus on completing tasks and projects
  • Ability to manage and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with growing and changing needs
  • Very organized with strong project management skills
  • Excellent, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, and Google Applications
  • Strong communication skills and ability to bring brand voice to life across copy and imagery.
  • Eye for detail, passion for design, and a can-do attitude are a must
  • Adequate knowledge of web design & web development, a plus!
