The meals are home–style and based on real food ingredients like whole grains and fresh fruits and vegetables. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will play an integral role in supporting and developing applications to meet the growing business needs of the organization. This role will be responsible for consulting with various departments to identify, develop and deliver solutions that drive significant efficiencies and improvements across the business utilizing various application platforms. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will provide Manufacturing subject matter expertise pertaining to ERP software and select 3rd party solutions. This position will report to the VP of IT.


  • Provide expertise to identify and translate business requirements into software design
  • Plan, lead, and prioritize work relating to software design and development for new and existing initiatives
  • Provide support and troubleshooting of core business applications
  • Collaborate with SMEs and technical teams to sequence work, develop implementation plans, and produce work effort estimates
  • Interface and coordinate tasks with internal and external technical resources
  • Respond to critical production issues and provide solutions to maintain business continuity
  • Drive problem investigation and resolution as required
  • Establish and maintain business system controls, policies and procedures.
  • Build out and maintain repository of business processes, documentation, KPI’s, and solution designs
  • Foster a strong and positive work environment that encourages creativity, while maintaining high caliber productivity
  • Function as a stakeholder on projects, participate in management decisions, and issue resolution. Stay informed on ERP technology trends and uses in the Manufacturing industry


  • Seven (7) or more years of applicable experience supporting and developing ERP/Financial systems
  • Five (5) years of application management experience in a medium to large environment with increasing levels of responsibility and complexity of projects and applications
  • Must possess core strength in three or more ERP functional modules such as Accounting, Materials Management, Production Planning, and Sales and Distribution
  • Technically fluent in relational database administration, including MSSQL, MySQL or similar large-scale relational databases
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Organized, detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities gracefully under pressure
  • Stamina, character, and work ethic appropriate for a fast-paced, team-oriented company
  • Occasional after-hours response to critical situations may be required (remotely and/or in the office). Minimal travel may be required
