We have now expanded Revolution Foods to serve families nationwide through retail and community channels including Kroger, Target, afterschool programs, Summer programs, and city wide feeding and wellness programs. We are building Revolution Foods to be the leading provider of healthy, delicious, affordable family meals across the nation.

Our founding story: Founded in 2006, Revolution Foods serves fresh and healthy breakfast, lunch, snack, and supper meals to students in education programs nationwide, where more than two-thirds of these children are in low-income households. The meals are home–style and based on real food ingredients like whole grains and fresh fruits and vegetables. We never use any high fructose corn syrup, partially or fully hydrogenated oils, or artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners. Our thousands of community hired employees are dedicated to our mission; everyone pitches in where needed to make sure the students we serve receive high-quality, healthy meals delivered to their schools each day. Currently we serve seven regions across the country and are expanding into to serve new areas and schools every year!


  • Develop and lead our Revolution Foods culinary vision across all channels, including pre K-12, retail, broadline and other channels under development.
    • Depending on channel focus, develop foods, flavors and menu profiles that will appeal to kids and families
    • Ensure each offering meets and exceeds our “proud of” standards
  • Play a key leadership role in strengthening and executing our proprietary innovation approach to leverage design insights across all channels. 
  • Spearhead culinary innovation projects to lead the company into new high impact expansion opportunities
  • Responsible for creating innovative and exciting food programs that facilitate product engagement with both our customers and internal team members.
  • Play a key role in Revolution Foods’ culinary educational outreach programs that provide meaningful and impactful curriculum that enrich students’ lives
  • Serve as the subject matter expert to assure Revolution Foods remains on the leading edge of food trends and product offerings
  • Be a culinary brand ambassador that is comfortable presenting in front of a camera, investors and large groups of people


  • Must have a proven track record in a senior chef role in a corporate, large restaurant concept, hotel or manufacturing environment
  • Possess an understanding of food systems, high volume production, and distribution
  • Must have experience in, and a passion for, developing affordable, high quality foods
    • Expertise in developing products for retail consumers and the home cooking environment is a plus
  • Extensive knowledge of “clean food“ and the challenges associated with creating food in the environment
  • Must display a passion and demonstrated track record in food innovation: both in food and packaging trends
  • Have the ability to lead Blue Sky development but equally be realistic with processing methods required to supply current marketplace
  • Retail knowledge of the food landscape an advantage
  • Ability to run, inspire and influence large teams both in and out of the kitchen
