Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a creative and strategic mindset of building the Revolution Foods brand online focusing on our core business School Meals as well as supporting new growth initiatives including Dinner Hero Fresh.  The primary focus for this role will be to drive brand awareness and engagement with key stakeholders by crafting a comprehensive communications strategy to tell our brand story, our impact and reinforce what makes our brand unique.

The Digital Marketing Manager will develop the overall digital strategy (where, when and how to best engage), developing and sharing best practices, partnering with external agencies, and staying abreast of emerging digital & social media trends. This role will guide Revolution Food’s social media marketing and engagement execution, continually looking for opportunities to bring Revolution Foods to the next level on social media platforms and other emerging online tactics.   This role will be focused on building an active and engaged fan based across all social media touchpoint with relevant content to drive brand awareness, engagement and loyalty.    This role will leverage real time content and trends in the cultural sphere (i.e., news, media, online, social); quickly assess their fit for the brand, and conceptualize how to engage appropriately. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and execute comprehensive digital strategy and social media strategy across all platforms including consumer targeting, content strategy, messaging and metrics.
  • Build out brand pillars into robust content strategy.  Create & manage editorial calendars, actively post content and oversee all communication across channels.
  • Actively manage social media channels with support from marketing associate.
  • Oversee development of robust email marketing campaigns to support key business initiatives across account management, new business development and Fresh.
  • Generate, edit and publish daily content (including original text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community engagement and drives to acquisition.
  • Develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, product trial and drive website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
  • Collaboration with creative team, including regular communication with brand marketing team for current knowledge of brands’ business goals, priorities, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and manage Influencer outreach across key channels including Instagram and YouTube
  • Foster, develop and manage all partnerships to drive engagement
  • Develop and manage company blog and newsletter program.
  • Cultivate, develop and manage advocacy program that blends across online and offline activation.
  • Leverage consumer data insights & social media metrics to create more powerful content and to achieve a campaign success story
  • Collaborate closely with Digital and PR agencies, creative, sales and marketing teams to ensure comprehensive program development.
  • Responsible for execution of tone/feel/voice for Revolution Foods brand in social activation.
  • Hire and manage branded content creators, as necessary
Requirements

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5+ years proven track record of growing engaged audiences across multiple channels and platforms.   Launching new brands on social media, a plus
  • Deep understanding of various digital & social media channels, specific content requirements for each channel and how to engage with the audience.
  • Experience leading digital campaigns across design, development, launch and measurement.
  • Driven self-starter with unrelenting focus on strategic story-telling and brand building to the right audience at the right time to get the right action.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with growing and changing needs
  • Unquestionably passionate about social media, consumer video, film, TV and pop culture.
  • Very organized with strong project management skills
  • Excellent, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Thorough knowledge of Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Office, and Google Applications
  • Experience with Shopify and online sales tools a plus!
  • Strong communication skills and ability to bring brand voice to life across copy and imagery.
  • Eye for detail, passion for design, and a can-do attitude are a must
  • Adequate knowledge of web design & web development, a plus!
