Title Partnership Development Manager

Revolution Foods is hiring a Partnership Development Manager (PDM) to launch, evolve and manage the site partnerships for our new Direct-to-Consumer dinner meals business. The primary goal of this role is to build best practices and ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence at the sites Revolution Foods serves, as well as to expand the service to new sites in Northern CA. This role will strategically manage the relationship with key partners to ensure they receive the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. This role will cultivate win-win relationships with current and new customer sites to help Revolution Foods deliver healthy foods to families across the region! The PDM is empowered to create and evolve new practices for how we build site and end-user relationships as this business grows.


Essential Responsibilities

Site Acquisition (Sales)

  • Manage strategic new business development for the region, identifying and securing new site locations to launch
  • Work cross-functionally with customer management team and establish and maintain effective customer relations.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments and team members such as Marketing, Product Development, Digital/Social Media, Culinary Center, Market Team, and Home Office Team.
  • Participate in the development of market forecasts with GM and Financial Manager and develop plans to optimize financial performance and productivity.
  • Lead renewal process for current sites
  • Identify opportunities to implement new products and services to support sales growth, client retention, and happy kids!

Customer Service

  • Coordinate and manage successful kick-off of site relationships, including ensuring all marketing materials are created, field activation/tasting is in place, and technology/website is ready for new site to launch
  • Manage all aspects of current site relationships as it relates to logistics, support and satisfaction of meal offering.
  • Serve as primary point of contact with site, visiting each new site periodically to ensure program running smoothly, delivering incentives, and gathering insights from users
  • Provide overall planning, direction and control to partner sites to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction, operating and financial goals
  • As needed, resolve customer ordering issues (&/or collaborate with customer service team)
  • Assist in ensuring that operations are meeting expectations of Revolution Foods and the customer in every way.


  • Ensure timely delivery of satisfaction surveys, interpretation of results, and recommendations for actions based on results
  • Identify and drive growth opportunities in each of the locations
  • Coordinate and oversee marketing support with Field Manager
  • Manage/inform menu offerings based on quantitative and qualitative feedback gathered from sites
  • Establish and maintain effective customer rapport and maintains a win-win relationship with all customers.
  • Maintain positive community relations, participating in professional and community events and activities.
