Description

Position : Junior Recruiter (contract)

You will play a leading role in creatively identifying and engaging top hourly talent, improving and contributing to our employer brand, and scaling our recruiting practice as we grow as an organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Find, excite, and engage quality candidates
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates to identify technical and values fit
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with market level hiring managers
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately tracked in the ATS
  • Contribute to ad hoc situations related to recruitment activities
  • Provide consultation for advising and influencing around talent market insights, competitive intelligence and talent demographics to enable recruiters and clients to be best informed.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment (posting jobs, advertisements, fliers, etc…)
  • Partner with our other Talent Acquisition Partners to recommend and drive improvements to scale our overall recruiting practice
Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree preferred, but not required
  • 1-3 years of HR- and/or recruitment administration, high volume recruitment preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with professionals at all levels, both internally and externally
  • You are passionate about improving existing processes
  • Highly organized and have an eye for details
  • Resourceful with an entrepreneurial spirt, must be comfortable working in a fluid environment.
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency and eagerness to complete goals
  • You are a self-starter, curious and always willing to step in to help the team

This is a contract position.
