Description The Retail Store Manager (RSM) is responsible for the overall sales and operational standards of the location that they are assigned to oversee. Successful RSM’s will lead their personnel and drive success across all levels of performance. This position is responsible for the overall sales achievement, customer service results, operational standards, inventory and personal management of the location. The RSM position is responsible for ensuring that Retail Solution Consultants (RSC) consistently achieve their sales quota/income objectives and meet or exceed goals. The RSM must demonstrate strong leadership skills and develop, implement and manage programs and processes. As the primary job duties of the Retail Store Manager are to oversee the store location, when necessary, the Retail Store Manager is expected to sell phones and services, greet and handle customer issues, resolve customer grievances and conflicts Job Description:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
 Drives sales performance and goals through coaching, training, developing a sales team, monitoring and reviewing progress.
 Responsible for supervising and managing the store Retail Sales Consultants.
 Protect company assets and inventory.
 Drive Complete, high quality sales per company priorities and key metrics
 Assist Retail Sales Consultant with closing sales, while providing them with the tools necessary to become self-reliant
 Communicate new sales initiatives and policies
 Perform as a role model for all new hires and Retail Sales Consultants (RSC)
 Drive sales by personal example, attaining the personal sales quota.

 Drive store level performance management and disciplinary actions.
 Perform cash deposits as instructed by management.
 Maintain all visual & housekeeping standards and encourage staff to do the same.
 Adhere to all paperwork policies and procedures with zero tolerance.
 Complete daily review of both personnel and location paperwork.
 Assist Loss Prevention to locate missing phones & perform physical recounts as necessary.

Training & Development
 Follow the intent and the letter of company policies and procedures as outlined in the Handbook and/or communicated by management.
 Contribute to a respectful and professional work environment; free from discrimination, harassment or violence.
 Remain abreast of all AT&T/Prime initiatives and ensure team is successful completing monthly/yearly training courses.

Job Requirements:
 Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
 Strong leadership, people management, interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
 Good decision-making, problem-solving, well developed analytical skills and ability to adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 Ability to develop and train work force, build relationships, utilize skills of workforce most appropriately.
 Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, listen attentively to others and provide clear instructions.

Education and Experience:
 Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent preferred.
 2+ years of sales experience with 2 year Associates Degree, including at least 6 months with Prime Communications.
 5 years fulltime retail work experience, without any degree, including at least 1 year with Prime Communications.

Working conditions:
 Physical Effort: Position requires moderate physical activity; requires handling of average-weight objects up to 30 pounds, or standing for long periods of time (more than 9 hours per day).
 Physical Risk: Some exposure to physical risks that require following basic safety precautions; must be able to work on ladder, push and pull 30lbs, lift up to 15 lbs. overhead; must be able to carry 50lbs or greater for at least 100 feet; and stoop and bend.
